Terms of Service

Terms of Service (ToS) for CommissionsBy commissioning me in any method, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined below.📌 NOTE: These terms can be adjusted if discussed and agreed upon before confirming the commission. All inquiries and conversations will be conducted via Discord (kkai_zen) or email ([email protected]).1. General Terms
- Respectful behavior is required; any toxic or ill-mannered conduct will result in commission cancellation.
- I, the artist, retain the rights to the commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Commercial use requires prior discussion and an additional fee.
- Payment is split 50-50 – the first half after an initial draft/sketch is provided.
- Up to three revisions are included. Additional revisions incur extra charges based on complexity.
- Necessary references must be provided before starting the artwork.
- My works cannot be used for NFTs or AI-generated content unless explicitly agreed upon.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD only. Clients must convert their currency to USD.
- Payment options:
Full payment upfront OR
50-50 split payment (first half before initial sketches, second half upon completion).
- An official invoice will be provided via PayPal.
3. Process & Refund Policy
Commission Process
Commission request sent by the client.
Service type & budget must be selected before pricing discussions.
References (text or images) provided for ideal artwork.
Quote & negotiations will be finalized.
Initial payment must be paid via the invoice provided.
Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be provided.
Revisions (if needed) within the allowed limit.
Finalization of artwork & completion.
Remaining payment (if 50-50 method used).
Delivery of artwork via desired communication method.
Refund Policy
- If a commission is cancelled, a refund of 50% will be issued if it's on the sketch stage.
- If it's in rendering stage, no refunds will be allowed.
4. Rights & Usage Policy
Artist Rights
✔ I retain the rights to the artwork, including the right to publish, display, and use it for portfolio purposes.
✔ I reserve the right to decline commissions without further explanation.
Client Rights
✔ You may upload the artwork on social media with proper credit to the artist.
You may not remove the signature, edit, or claim the artwork as your own (unless negotiated beforehand).
NFTs and AI-generated uses are strictly prohibited unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon.
5. Commercial Use
- With commercial rights, you may:
✅ Use the artwork in products, branding, advertising, or monetized content.
✅ Promote the artwork with credit in social media, presentations, etc.
Final Note:
All transactions and conversations will be documented to ensure transparency and proof of the commission.
